Sacred Scarab Cancellation Policy
Sacred Scarab requires a 24 hour notice for any cancellation of services. Clients who cancel 12-24 hours before their appointment are subject to a $25 fee for any service of $15 or more. Clients who cancel less than 12 hours before their appointment will incur a charge of 50% of their appointment cost. Clients that do not cancel and do not show up for their scheduled appointment or cancel under 3 hours, will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
